What is the return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except for a faulty or wrong item, where we cover it. Start a return through the contact form with your order number and we will email you the return address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from US fulfillment centers. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed, and you get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Is it warm enough for a cold clinic?
The sherpa fleece hoodie and sherpa fleece crewneck are the warmest pieces, and the ones to choose if you sit still for hours in a cold room. The cotton styles are mid-weight, like a normal sweatshirt. The wearable blanket drapes over your lap and arms in a treatment chair.
Does the zipper touch my fistula?
The opening is made by separating two zipper pulls at the point you choose, so the hardware sits to the side of the opening rather than across it. Try the garment on before a treatment day, and if a zipper near your access site is a concern, ask your dialysis nurse.
Is it machine washable?
Yes, everything in the range is machine washable, including the wearable blanket. Close every zipper first, turn the garment inside out, wash cold and tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip fabric softener, especially on the fleece styles.
